You fought the cancer with everything you had for 2 years, still managing a smile, laugh and making us laugh despite the pain you were in. Wednesday 23rd December our hearts broke and a part of me was taken. Dad you are/were the most loving, strongest, kindest, inspiring, amazing man ❤ I'm so proud and lucky to call you my Dad. If I would of known that hug was going to be the last I would of held you for so much longer. I miss you so much I can't even comprehend or put into words, I would give anything just to be able to have another hour with you but even that wouldn't be long enough. I feel like part of me has been taken and I honestly don't know what I'm going to do without you ... I love you Dad with all my heart and soul ❤❤

Thank you for everything Dad... It was a privilege and honour to have had you my life, even on bad days, seeing you with your arms open, with your joyful smile, is all it took to make my bad day go away. Stuart, you were undoubtedly the kindest man I have ever known. Understanding and caring, inspiring and supportive, talented yet so very humble. Being around always felt like a breath of fresh air. Thank you for always looking out for my mum and me in our times of need. I will miss you mate... I really will. You’ve been cruelly taken from us all abruptly far too soon. I’ll always treasure the time we shared, the chats, the laughs and especially that little blues guitar jam we had. I know you’re somewhere up there doing what you do best. He was a great man and an inspiration for all who have met him or experience him when he was alive, his faith in God and family touched my life. Stuart - can't believe you are no longer amongst us. You were always so polite, kind and caring even with what you were going through. My Stuart, what can I say other than it was such a privilege to have had you in our lives. The amount of love you gave us was endless. And the amount of pain you were in was excruciating, but not once did you stop opening those arms to us, you were always smiling, always loving and always telling us just how much you loved us. You were a total inspiration My Stuart and you tried your hardest to stay at home with us as long as you could, until the pain became too unbearable and you could hardly move, and you did. Stu thanks for the memories i dont know were to start but i know unfortunately i don't were they end. I will never forget the first time I met u at howden and I will never forget when myself and deb came to yours and you got deb tipsy on nikkies measures of vokda.. Due to covid we never got to have that night out with out driving but trust me when we can over this covid issue nikkie,deb myself will raise a glass or a bottle for you. You will be missed. Till we can have that handshake again. Steve & deb. & familys.
